What is posting workers from abroad?

Definition of a “posted worker”: according to Article 2(1) of Directive 96/71/EC42, “posted worker” a worker who, for a limited period, carries out his or her work in the territory of a Member State other than the Member State in which he or she normally works


What is the posting of workers from Ukraine and other countries?

Our employment agency looks for and recruits workers from Ukraine and other countries, providing employment on the territory of the European Union. The agency hires them on its own, then creates a special A1 document which confirms the fact of submitting and paying contributions in the Polish ZUS system and reports them to the Labour Office of the destination country.

In addition, our agency pays remuneration to people who are covered by the posting of employees from abroad and pays relevant contributions to the Social Insurance Institution (ZUS) in Poland, but of the minimum wage rates of the country of destination, and introduces such persons to employers – you belong to them. At the end of the month, you will be given a collective invoice for the service of posting of an employee from Ukraine or another foreign country.


What are your benefits:

  • we take care of all the formalities: The A1 form, work permit, tax residence and residence for an employee; we also report his arrival in the place of work in the appropriate system of the destination country, for example: Sweden, Belgium, the Netherlands, Denmark, Spain etc;
